The RCR Report · Launching soon

When there are thousands of messages, the pattern gets buried.

What it is

The RCR Report is a structured communication analysis report. It reviews an extended communication history to identify recurring behavioural patterns, context and relationship dynamics — the things that are difficult to recognise when messages are read one at a time.

How it works

Instead of working message by message, the RCR Report steps back and reviews the communication history as a whole. Recurring patterns and themes are identified, given context, and organised into a single coherent, evidence-based record — so the broader picture becomes clear and easy to follow.

Why it exists

In legal, support and community settings, a single matter can involve hundreds or even thousands of messages. Important patterns get buried, because people are understandably focused on reading individual messages rather than stepping back to see the whole. The RCR Report exists to bring that bigger picture back into view — efficiently, and on an evidence-based footing.

Why it’s different

It’s an analytical framework — not a replacement for professional judgement. It helps people understand long-term communication patterns more efficiently, while leaving the conclusions exactly where they belong: with the professionals using the information.

What it does

  • Reviews extended communication histories — hundreds or thousands of messages at once.
  • Identifies recurring behavioural patterns, context and relationship dynamics.
  • Organises everything into a coherent, evidence-based record that's easier to understand.
  • Surfaces long-term themes that are hard to see when messages are read one at a time.

What it doesn’t do

  • Replace lawyers, psychologists or other professionals.
  • Make legal decisions or determine guilt.
  • Tell anyone what conclusion they should reach.

The RCR Report is an analytical work-product. It does not provide legal advice, a psychological opinion or a diagnosis, and it does not determine guilt or reach conclusions on anyone’s behalf. © 2026 ProvaAnalytics · Australia.
